Project Templates:
We have developed several research project plan templates for use and customization as research plans. These templates involve the use of our Condensed knowledge graph (KG), derived from the Data Distillery KG (DDKG).
Instructions for downloading the dumpfile for the Condensed KG and creating an instance of the database using Neo4j on a local workstation are available here:
We recommend examining these research plan templates before devising your own research plan. Your research plan may be similar to these templates, but must have distinct components. When you are prepared to compose your research plan, please use the blank research plan document linked below:
- Blank Research Plan Template (to be completed by student)
Project Ideas:
- Review, describe, and explore the CFDE Data Distillery Knowledge Graph (DDKG), an instance and extension of the Unified Biomedical Knowedge Graph (UBKG) via its new REST API (requires NLM UMLS license).
- Review, describe, and explore the CFDE Data and Resource Center (DRC) Data Portal and Workbench.
