• 4OH-Tamoxifen - known anti-estrogen
• binds Estrogen receptor alpha (NHRs) and GPR30 (a GPCR)
• get 3D models for these classes of receptors:
• generate model for GPR30 using T-COFFEE
• dock in part III 4OH-TAM in ERalpha and GPR30 model
• for docking use Flex-X or FRED or both
